Most orders ship within 1-2 business days (unless noted in the product description). Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days in Canada and the US. We currently don’t ship internationally.
We currently ship orders to the US, Canada, the European Union, and England.

Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to make changes. Once an order enters the packing queue, we can’t modify it.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is broken or damaged. Items must be unused and include all hardware. We’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.
For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. For any other returns, the customer pays return shipping costs.
Yes. Our 8020 mounts use standard 40x40mm and 40x80mm T-slot profiles. They fit rigs from Trak Racer, SimLab, Rigmetal, ASR, and similar manufacturers.
Yes. If you’re ordering for a racing team, sim center, or commercial setup, contact us for volume pricing. Minimum quantities apply.
Most products install with standard hex keys or Phillips screwdrivers, which we do not include in the box. Product pages list any additional tools needed. We also publish setup guides on our blog.
